Cwmcarn Visitor Centre

Cwmcarn Forest boasts a modern visitor centre experience with spacious information point stocked with maps and local information. The contemporary gift shop has a range of quality gifts including Harry Potter merchandise. Raven’s Café offers hot meals and cold snacks along with delicious homemade cakes and a great selection of hot and cold drinks. A meeting room is available to hire for training courses, conferences and meetings.

Offering a simplified menu of hot and cold food from 9.30am – 4.00pm Saturday to Thursday and 9.30am – 3.30pm on Fridays 

Gift Shop

Whether it’s a gift for a friend of family member, we have a selection of products to suit all tastes and budgets. Our product range is a mix of lifestyle and seasonal trends along with a Harry Potter themed corner featuring keepsake boxes and street sign inspired wall art.

Check out our extensive selection of Christmas gifting ideas which offer something different to high street retailers. The Christmas gift and decoration selection is available from mid October.

Meeting Room

Our meeting room can seat up to 60 theatre style, 36 people with tables and 30 people U shape and can accommodate smaller groups for seminars and meetings.

Equipment is available for PowerPoint presentations along with a flipchart.

A vending machine is available in the room for hot drinks when required, charges are based on end of day counter. Delegates are welcome to use the fridge and microwave.

Room hire: £50 half day and £100 full day (ex vat)

Onsite catering is available for groups wishing to use our facilities for training, conferences and meetings. Please call the visitor centre on 01495 272001 for room hire rates and to discuss your requirements.
